Red Rock Resorts, a major casino giant, has released new designs for a luxury casino hotel in the Inspirada community located in Henderson, Nevada. This new project, known as the Inspirada, is expected to cater to the luxury locals market, similar to the company’s other properties in Henderson and the wealthy Las Vegas suburb of Summerlin.
The proposed Inspirada project will feature 58,000 square feet of gaming space, a 201-room hotel, three restaurants, a food hall, a movie theater, and a 12-lane bowling alley. The Henderson Planning Commission is set to review the development agreement at their upcoming meeting on November 16, with construction proposed to begin by October 9, 2029, if approved.
Originally planned for 45 acres, the size of the Inspirada project has since increased by nearly 300 acres after the Henderson City Council approved a land-use change. The Inspirada community is located at the southernmost edge of the Las Vegas Valley.
This new casino project is part of Red Rock Resorts’ ambitious goal to double its presence in Southern Nevada by 2030. They are set to open the Durango Casino & Resort in Southwest Las Vegas, featuring 73,000 square feet of gaming space, a sportsbook, 2,000 gaming machines, and 40 table games. Additionally, Red Rock Resorts recently opened the Wildfire Fremont Casino in downtown Las Vegas and purchased 67 acres in North Las Vegas for a new casino and hotel.
In addition to their current properties under the Station Casinos brand, Red Rock Resorts also operates multiple gaming properties throughout the Las Vegas area. They also run 10 Wildfire casinos, including seven in Henderson.
