Three Caesars Palace Restaurants Named in OpenTable’s Top 100 List for Las Vegas Dining

OpenTable Unveils Top 100 US Restaurants for 2023, Six Nevada Eateries Make the List

Online restaurant reservation service OpenTable revealed its much-anticipated annual list of the top 100 restaurants in the US, and six establishments in Nevada were honored with spots on the prestigious list. All six eateries are located in Las Vegas, with three of them being housed within Caesars Palace.

The list, which was generated from 12 million verified diner reviews and dining metrics, included establishments from around the country. California led the pack with 14 entries, followed by Florida with 7. Joining Nevada with six representatives were New York, Illinois, and Ohio.

Although OpenTable did not rank the restaurants, the Vegas winners included Eiffel Tower at Paris Las Vegas, offering French cuisine, the Golden Steer steakhouse on 308 W. Sahara Ave., Hell’s Kitchen at Caesars Palace, Joe’s Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab at The Forum Shops at Caesars, Partage at 3839 Spring Mountain Road, and Restaurant Guy Savoy at Caesars Palace.

In other dining news, Red Rock Casino Resort is set to welcome Federal Donuts, a popular Philadelphia chain founded in 2011, which will be rebranding as Federal Donuts & Chicken before making its debut in Vegas. Additionally, Curry Pizza House, a California-based fast-casual restaurant known for its fusion of Italian pizza and Indian spices, is slated to open its first location in Las Vegas.

However, not all restaurant news was positive, as a former manager for SkinnyFATS was arrested for allegedly embezzling tens of thousands of dollars over the course of a year. Patrick Norena faces charges of stealing more than $25,000 but less than $100,000, according to court records.

Overall, the recognition of the six Vegas restaurants on OpenTable’s list serves as a testament to the city’s diverse and thriving culinary scene, solidifying its status as a top dining destination in the US.
